SCAPE Scotland Construction Framework
Procurement Status: Prior Information Notice (PIN) issued
Framework Overview
SCAPE Scotland’s next generation Construction Framework will provide public sector organisations across Scotland with a compliant, accelerated route to market for the delivery of construction projects. Building on a strong track record of delivery, the framework has been strategically developed to reflect the increased use of the framework, promote early contractor involvement and diversify the SCAPE Scotland framework offering.
The framework offers access to a comprehensive range of construction services, including new build, refurbishment, retrofit and improvement programmes, alongside a dedicated housing offer designed to guarantee a clear and reliable route to housing delivery, enabling clients to progress projects with confidence and pace from early feasibility through to construction.
Operating on an immediate access basis and supported by parallel lots, early contractor involvement and free viability studies, the framework prioritises collaboration, predictability of outcomes and efficient timescales. Active framework management, embedded governance, a commitment to social impact and an attractive commercial model ensures the framework delivers more than procurement alone - providing clients with ongoing support, improved outcomes and long-term value for money.
