Framework overview

SCAPE Scotland’s Corporate Services framework, serving the length and breadth of Scotland, will provide public sector organisations with a compliant, accelerated route to specialist expertise and additional capacity to support effective service delivery. Designed to enhance resilience, it will enable teams to respond confidently to operational challenges and strategic priorities.

The framework offers immediate access to industry-leading consultants across management consultancy, technology, digital and data advisory, finance and accounting, sustainability, legal, and audit services. This breadth of expertise enables organisations to progress confidently from strategy through to delivery across a wide range of sectors.

Underpinned by active framework management and robust governance, the framework will enable clients to achieve better outcomes with speed, confidence, and impact. Embedded social value and sustainability ensure delivery partners create lasting benefits for communities while supporting long-term value for money.
